Big Pan Paella started with a vision to bring a taste of the Mediterranean to North Idaho and Eastern Washington. Specializing in Spanish paella, our food immediately gained popularity at local Farmer's Markets, and we very quickly found ourselves catering to a variety of clients. Soon after, we expanded our theme to include food like pierogi, kielbasa and other European favorites.
We use only the freshest, highest quality ingredients in our dishes, sourced locally from our friends at the Farmer's Market, whenever possible. Chef Emy is continuously experimenting with new flavors and techniques to create unique, delicious dishes that showcase the best of what each season has to offer.
We offer a range of catering services to fit the needs of any event, including onsite catering, drop-off catering, and custom menus. Whether you're planning a corporate event, a wedding, or a private party, we'll work with you to create a menu and service plan that fits your needs and exceeds your expectations.
