Big Pan Paella started with a vision to bring a taste of the Mediterranean to North Idaho and Eastern Washington. Specializing in Spanish paella, our food immediately gained popularity at local Farmer's Markets, and we very quickly found ourselves catering to a variety of clients. Soon after, we expanded our theme to include food like pierogi, kielbasa and other European favorites.

Chef Emy is continuously experimenting with new flavors and techniques to create unique, delicious dishes that showcase the best of what each season has to offer.
